We recommend booking at least a week in advance to secure your preferred time, as our schedule fills quickly.

We price based on vehicle size and condition — not just service type.

The prices listed online reflect the maximum investment for that service. Many vehicles, especially well-maintained ones, qualify for reduced pricing once we inspect them in person.

This allows us to protect our schedule while rewarding customers who maintain their vehicles properly.

To secure your appointment, we collect a deposit at the time of booking. Once we inspect your vehicle on arrival, we confirm the final price based on its condition. If less time is required than expected, your total is adjusted accordingly.

No surprises. No upselling. If your vehicle is cleaner than expected, you pay less.

Booking Policies

1. Deposits: Required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, but may be transferred to a rescheduled date with proper notice.

2. Cancellations / No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Service Scope: Prices are based on typical vehicle condition. Excessive soil, pet hair, or other issues may require additional fees or service upgrades.

4. Right to Refuse or Reschedule: We reserve the right to reschedule if the selected service cannot reasonably be performed within the allotted time.

5. Customer Belongings: We are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle. Please remove all personal items before drop-off.

6. Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for scratches, chips, or stains that were already present and may become more visible after cleaning.

7. Child Car Seats: For safety and liability reasons, we do not remove or reinstall child car seats. If left installed, we will only provide a light surface vacuum around them. Customers who want a deeper clean must remove and reinstall their car seats prior to service.
